WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
THE VALHALLA STORE aims to ship your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped in less than three business days most of the time. We ship packages Monday to Friday. If an item is pre-ordered, we will ship it when we receive it. For multiple items (one of which is pre-ordered) we will group and ship them together.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Obviously! We ship worldwide to most countries in the world. Packages generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Customs can hold a package for several days, which can cause delays.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
YES! We offer free shipping on orders over € 49. And sometimes we offer free shipping depending on specific products.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the end of the purchase procedure before payment is made.

TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES:
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order, if they occur. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is rejected, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
IN WHAT CURRENCY IS THE DEBT MADE?
Our website is programmed to show you the local currency of the country you are visiting from. However, the last step of the payment process will be in EURO.
PAYMENTS:
Any payment by the buyer can only be made by credit cards indicated on the website https://ilvalhallastore.com/, with Paypal or Amazon Pay payment methods. The Customer will be redirected to the corresponding payment platform, where he can make the payment securely. The platforms directly manage the data entered on their website to make the payment. THE VALHALLA STORE does not collect any data relating to the credit card used, nor relating to the access codes to the "PayPal" or "Amazon Pay" form of payment. This information is collected directly by the relevant payment system. The actual charge will take place when IL VALHALLA STORE sends the order confirmation email.
Credit card
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, iDeal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your financial data will be managed directly by the platform managed by Shopify Payments and not by IL VALHALLA STORE. In this way the purchase is completely free and safe.
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can make the payment quickly and securely, without having to enter your credit card details each time. With the use of PayPal your financial information will never be shared with whoever receives the payment. So the purchase is completely free and safe
Amazon Pay
If you have an Amazon account, you can make the payment quickly and securely, without having to enter your credit card details each time. With the use of Amazon Pay your financial information will never be shared with the payment recipient. So the purchase is completely free and safe.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
WORLDWIDE 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt.
You can return them for a voucher or for an exchange for another item of equal value. We will not be able to accept return requests after 14 days. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
We do not charge restocking fees, but please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and only store credit will be issued for returned items. For orders returned late (i.e. after 14 days) VALHALLA STORE reserves the right to refuse the item or to issue a partial discount voucher (70%).
Send us an e-mail to sales@ilvalhallastore.com in which your details are indicated, i.e. Name, Surname, Address, Order Number, Telephone, description of the product / s, we will provide you with the return address.
As soon as this communication is sent, the buyer must send the product he intends to return, including in the shipment his data which must be the same as those sent in the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer. The returned product must reach IL VALHALLA STORE within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
Once the returned product has been received, IL VALHALLA STORE will refund the price paid for the product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised.
The customer will be held responsible, and therefore non-refundable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
For products for personal use, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products that have already been used.
EXCHANGES:
We allow exchanges for the same cost amount as the original items. For items of different value, we will issue credit or send a separate invoice respectively. Send us an e-mail to sales@ilvalhallastore.com indicating your data, i.e. Name, Surname, Address, Order Number, Telephone, Product description, we will provide you with the return address. This is to make sure that we will take note of your return. Please note that we only allow a one-time exchange for orders. Please note that buyers are responsible for return / exchange shipping fees.
